Principal targets 1990/91
1 To maintain the Council's productivity improvement at not less than 1.5% per annum from April 1990 (CP2 1.4.6)
2 To review the results achieved by managers in comparison with targets in Management Plans each year from 1990 (CP2 1.4.7)
3 To develop better systems for projecting and monitoring the long-term impact of grant-funded programmes, by April 1991 (CP2 8.7)
