being a Solicitor or other person engaged in any profession orga

business may charge retain and be paid all usual professional or

other charges (in priority to all other bequests hereby made)

for business done by him or his firm in relation to the trusts

hereof and also his reasonable charges in addition to disbursements

for all other work and business done and all time spent by

him or his firm in connection with matters arising in the premises

including matters which might or would have been attended to

in person by a trustee not being a solicitor or other professional

person but which such trustee might reasonably require to be

done by a solicitor or other professional person.

It is my wish that Messrs. Lo and Lo now of Swire

House, Solicitors, shall be employed in proving my Will and

in transacting any legal business in the administration of

the trusts hereof.
