delegate some of its duties to committees

appointed by the Governor, or to public

officers;

zoning which the Town Planning Board may

include in a draft plan; and

The Bill also proposes a number of amendments

improve the operation of the Ordinance. Clause 3 introduces a

series of definitions needed for the efficient implementation of

the Ordinance. Clause 7 prescribes the period within which a

person may appeal to the Governor in Council when he is aggrieved
