We, the undersigned agree that if entry clearance is granted for the above-named child to come to the United Kingdom for adoption by us we will, as soon as the child arrives in the United Kingdom, inform the social services department of our local authority of our intention to apply to the court for an adoption order in respect of that child, and that we will make such application to the court.
We also agree to accept full financial responsibility for the child while the child is in the United
Kingdom.
