(b) the news that they would be placed on a deserted island after arrival;

any other VBP on their way to Hong Kong;

(d)

the 'Push-out' policy implemented by the Malaysian Government.

the registration no. of the junk, its owner and if any PRC official involved.

One of them had the knowledge of mandatory repatriation through hearsay in Jan., 1990.
