Informant was an ECVII. He was born in QUANG NINH and migrated with his family to China in 1978. They settled at FANG CHENG NASUO FARM (txt) and worked as farmers. He first learned the plan of group I in April and got in contact with the courier through his friend LI A SHENG ( ). He started the voyage on 12-5-90 and shared the itinerary with group I.
