the mandatory repatriation;

the news that they would be placed on a deserted island after their arrival in Hong Kong.

(c) whether the Sino-Vietnamese border was closed as tightened;

(d) the registration number of the vessel, its seller, and PRC official involved.

(e) the 'Push-out' policy implemented by the Malaysian Government.

One of them had knowledge of the screening policy by means of Radio Broadcasting in April 90 (BBC).

They were inspected by PRC officials while they were on their way to Hong Kong from

TAN HOA DONG, QUAN TAN BINH, HO CHI MINH CITY. He was a businessman and travelled frequently between Vietnam and China. He was about 25-30 years old.
