This group of 4 were land-crossers from Vietnam to China. They left HO CHI MINH, S.VN. on 28-12-89 and went to HA NOI by bus. After stopping overnight, they proceeded to HONG GAI where they met a Vietnamese who provided onward passage to MONG CAI by car. On 5-1-1990, the party reached the Sino- Vietnamese border. They crossed the border by paying 200 dongs and RMB $2 to the Vietnamese border officials and Chinese officials respectively. They then went to visit Mk X R b
