Dear Me Chen,

Further to my letter of 3 February I enclose details of two groups of Vietnamese totalling twenty people who have arrived in Hong Kong having earlier crossed the Sino- Vietnamese land border.

In January this year a total of 163 Vietnamese arrived in Hong Kong 155 (95%) of these had earlier crossed the Sino- Vietnamese land border.

I should be grateful if you could bring this urgently to the attention of the relevant Chinese authorities.
