Further to my letter of 26 February I enclose details of Vietnamese who have arrived in Hong Kong during the month of February having crossed the Sino-Vietnamese land border. Of the total number of Vietnamese who arrived (201), 96% (192) were border crossers. I would be grateful if you would bring this information urgently to the attention of the relevant Chinese authorities.
