Boatmaster : NUNG CUN SANG
NUNG CUN SANG and 6 of his relatives left HO CHI MINH, S. VN. on 15-10-1989. All the way, they connected buses to HAI PHONG, HỌNG GAI and MONG CAI, Bun føre for the whole journey was about 100,000 DONG per head. They were at MONG CAI on 18-10-1989. At the Sino-Vietnamese border, they had no difficulty in passing through, however, their personnal properties were all taken away by the Vietnamese officials. When they were at DONG

) approached them touting for journey to Hong Kong.
The pecuniary reward for the arrangement was US $1,500 which would be
