Her Majesty's Government through special arrangements for HMOCS. This leaves those expatriate pensioners who, quite properly, have retired to the United Kingdom from where they were recruited between the devil and the deep blue sea, which, you agreed, is not good enough.
It was in this context that you said you would ask the Hong Kong Government to reconsider the indeterminate position taken with the Executive Council earlier this year.
