Existing Rule 660A Warning of neutral, hostile or potentially hostile ships within CBF Hong Kong's sea defence area, and of hostile or potentially hostile aircraft within CBF Hong Kong's airspace, is permitted. The issue of diversion instructions is permitted.

Proposed Rule 660C Escorting neutral, hostile or potentially hostile ships out of CBF Hong Kong's sea defence area is permitted. (Existing Rule 660A would continue to apply to aircraft.)
