EXTENSION OF OECD CONVENTION AND INSTRUMENTS TO CERTAIN CROWN DEPENDENCIES AND DEPENDENT TERRITORIES

1. Mr Maude has seen your submission of 17 July. He agrees with your recommendation that the provisions of the OECD Convention and Instruments should be extended to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar and Bermuda. He is content with the texts of the draft letters to the French Government and to the OECD Secretary General.
