QUEEN'S SPEECH ON THE PROROGATION AND OPENING OF PARLIAMENT
1.
Ms McCool's letter of 2 July asked for contributions to
the Queen's speeches.
2.
I attach drafts which draw on contributions from departments together with a draft covering letter. The Private Office have asked us to consult Ministers' offices before submitting this to the Secretary of State.
3. I should be grateful for comments by close of play Wednesday 25 July.
