Lord Caithness was buttonholed during a recent
constituency engagement on behalf of a Mr William W Lau (who apparently the Secretary of State knows) whose company is involved in UK/Hong Kong trade. If possible the Minister feels he ought to meet him during his next trip to Hong Kong. Grateful if you could pursue this.
