Miss Towe's (CCD) minute of 29 June refers (copy attached).

The CPA delegation proposes to visit Australia (5-25 Oct 90) with a short visit to Hong Kong en route, (24-25 Oct). Commonwealth Co-ordination Department have asked for briefing by 4 July. This is in hand.

Additionally, the CPA have asked if a departmental representative could attend a briefing meeting to be held at 1100 on 11 July at Westminster Halls, Palace of Westminster. Grateful to know what response I can give CCD. A representative of CCD would I believe accompany our representative to the briefing meeting.
