As you are aware, the Secretary of State and his wife will travel under the pseudonym of Mr. and Mrs. James. His Private Office is making the necessary security arrangements with the authorities at Heathrow Airport

Airport and it is booking VIP facilities for departure from and arrival at Heathrow.

I should be grateful if our posts in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong could make similar arrangements where appropriate. Details are as follows:

Depart Heathrow on British Airways flight number BA7 at 1430 hours.

Arrive Narita Airport, Tokyo at 1125 hours.

Depart Narita Airport on flight KE701 at 1220 hours.

Arrive Seoul at 1445 hours.

N.B. The party is on a waiting list for flight JL951 departing

Narita at 1000 hours and arriving in Seoul at 1225 hours.

Saturday 24 November:

Sunday 25 November:

Depart Seoul on flight CX411 at 1845 hours arriving in Hong Kong at 2120 hours.

Depart Hong Kong on British Airways flight number BA028 at 2230 hours.

Arrive Heathrow at 0500 hours.
