Sir Julian Risdale MP has been invited to lunch with the Governor on 26 March. Sir Julian sends his regrets that unfortunately he will not arrive in Hong Kong until early evening on 26 March and so he will be unable to have lunch with the

Governor.

Sir Julian leaves Hong Kong at noon on 29 March to go to Japan.
