TO HONG KONG: 12 17 JANUARY 1990
1.
TRAVEL DETAILS
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Mrs Hurd and those listed at Appendix I, will depart London Gatwick (North Suite) at 1800 hours on Friday 12 January on CX 250. The party is expected to return to London at 0515 hours on Wednesday 17 January on BA 28.
2. BOXES, BRIEFCASES AND LUGGAGE
An FCO security van, accompanied by an FCO Security Officer, has been reserved for the journey to London Gatwick (North Suite) on 12 January. The van will depart the FCO at 1430 hours. Boxes, briefcases and luggage may be left in Room K1 (King Charles Street) any time up to 1200 hours on Friday 12 January. An FCO security van and Security Officer will meet the party on their return to London Heathrow (Spelthorne Suite) Wednesday 17 January.
