(iv) The DTI Licensing Department will notify the Emergency Unit on a weekly basis of licenses issued who will in turn forward that list to the Geographical Departments for information and to COMCEN for transmission to the DTS.

(v) WIAD and the Emergency Unit will draft a telegram to go to all DTs giving guidance which will be cleared by Departments in advance.
