Unlikely to have a significant effect.
What about trade sanctions ? Will Hong Kong Government be following UK's lead in imposing trade and economic sanctions on Iraq ?
Tf the UK applies sanctions, these are likely to be extended simultaneously to Hong Kong.
At what time on August 6, 1990 did the Order in Council come int force ?
