THE HONG KONG (CONTROL OF GOLD, SECURITIES, PAYMENTS AND CREDITS: KUWAIT AND REPUBLIC OF IRAQ) ORDER 1990

This Notice draws attention in convenient form to the effect of the law contained in the Order and no the directions given thereunder. The purpose of these directions is to prevent the misappropriation of Kuwai- assets in Hong Kong. By virtue of the powers jelegated, this Notice gives certain permissions which are subject to the condition that they shall not apply in any case where 15 is so directed by or on behalf of the Financial Secretary.
