MOTION BY THE LORD GREENHILL FOR DEBATE

1. The Lord Greenhill of Harrow (a former PUS) has tabled the following Motion for Debate:

"To Call Attention to the Future of the Commonwealth..."

2. I attach a call for supplementary material for Lord Caithness' speech in the Debate. Experience has shown that wide-ranging issues can emerge during Lords' Debates on the Commonwealth, which is a particularly loose subject. is therefore necessary to cover not only Commonwealth multilateral issues but also major bilateral issues with Commonwealth countries. Contributions should take the form of short "modules" of prose, which could be slotted in at appropriate places in the speech at the last minute.
