2. On the back-side of each Military Bank-Note and Japanese Bank- Note was printed with "FACE VALUE GUARANTEE".

3. Japanese Army did not declare the expiration of its Military bank-Notes and Japanese Bank-Notes when leaving Hong Kong, SO these bank-notes should be valid forever.

4. Japan which does not honour its Military Bank-Notes and wartime issued currency

is escaping International responsibilities and violating the International Law.

5. Japan had took all the valuables and money from the war victims (Hong Kong citizens) back to Japan to strengthen her economy, and now after 44 years she has become an economic giant. But the Japanese Government still has not paid up her debt.

6. And in the Sino-British Treaty signed in San Francisco between Britian and Japan had only mentioned wartime damages, there is not even a word saying about the issue of military money.

7. Singapore, also a British Colony, got refunds from the Japanese Government for the Military Bank-Notes and Wartime Japanese Bank-Notes. Besides, it was stated in the peace-treaty that all Military Bank-Notes in Singapore had been solved.

8. Both the Military Bank-Notes and the Wartime Japanese Notes which are now in hands of Hong Kong citizens should be considered private property, and the Japanese Government is still existing, why they should not honour their money.

9. All Southeast Asian countries like Burma, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore received either full refunds or compensation from the Japanese Government, and even citizens of Taiwan have all their Military Bank-Notes refunded, so why the Japanese Government does not treat Hong Kong the same way.

10. The Hong Kong citizens sincerely demand the Government today to refund all the Military Bank-Notes
