(a) in sub-paragraph (e) by repealing "twenty-six" and
substituting "thirty-nine".
(2) Article VI (2) is amended by repealing "official" and
substituting "ex officio".
3. Reservations
We do hereby reserve to Ourself, Our Heirs and Successors full
power and authority to amend or revoke these Presents.

Patent.
