THE COLONIAL LAWS VALIDITY ACT 1865

At the Executive Council meeting with Lord Glenorthur on 17 September, Members asked about the implications of the Colonial Laws Validity Act 1865.

1865. It was suggested that there could be implications for Hong Kong were it to have a legislature where more than 50% of Members are elected.
