(c)
within ninety days of the last date specified in the permit, the permittee shall cause the money received from the public subscription, less any expenses incurred for printing and stationery, to be applied for the purpose for which this permit is issued; and
(a) within ninety days of the last date
specified in the permit, the permittee shall cause to be prepared a statement, certified by an accountant or firm whose name appears in the List of Professional Accountants or in the list of firms of Certified Public Accountants and Public Accountants, published in the Gazette by the Registrar of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants under Section 32(1) of the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50) of all monies received from the public subscription and every disbursement made from the money so collected or received;

a certified copy of the audited accounts shall be forwarded to the Director of Social Welfare within ninety days of the last day specified in the permit;
and
where the monies donated are exceptionally to be disbursed outside Hong Kong, the organiser shall inform the public where the proceeds will go and for what purpose by publishing such in at least one local English language and one local Chinese language newspaper.
