To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many people have been charged in Hong Kong with collecting money in public without a permit for each year in the last five years.

Although no detailed analysis has been made, the Hong
Kong Government consider it likely that only a very small
number of prosecutions have been undertaken in recent years.
