only in Hong Kong but more widely. His décision to establish
a university in his native Ningbo is an example of both his generosity and vision. He is engaged in a number of educational projects in this country, for which we are most
grateful.
This biography will be a fitting tribute to a man of
exceptional qualities and achievements. I wish him every
success in all his future ventures.
