ARTICLE 8
1.
ASSISTANCE IN ENFORCING THE CONFISCATION OF PROCEEDS
This article applies to an order made by a court of the Requesting Party as a result of a conviction for a drug trafficking offence, for the purpose
offence, for the purpose of recovering the proceeds of drug trafficking including:
(a) in relation to H.K.,
(b)
confiscation order made
a result of a conviction for a drug trafficking offence;
as
in relation to [U.S.1
2.
The Requested Party shall in accordance with its
laws enforce orders to which this Article applies.
3.
A request made under this Article shall be accompanied by the following documents:
. (a)
(b)
(c)
an authenticated copy of the order and a summary of the grounds upon which the order was made;
where the person against whom the order is made
did not appear in the proceedings, an authenticated statement that he received notice of the proceedings in sufficient time to enable him to defend them;
an authenticated statement that neither the
order nor any conviction to which it relates is subject to appeal;
