I am in the Extradition Section of the Attorney General's Chambers, Hong Kong. Our section has received conflicting advice as to whether the Extradition Act 1989 has been applied Hong Kong. Would you kindly confirm the status of this Act in relation to Hong Kong, with reference to any relevant Orders in Council.
