The way to grant the right of abode in the UK and its political implications are complex and need to be resolved and discussed in the Sino-British JLG in order to arrive at a satisfactory plan which can not only facilitate Hong Kong people's entry into, and exit from, Hong Kong, but will also not affect the transfer of sovereignty and the right to
