1. I have received a further letter from Mr Paul McGeady of 'Morality in Media' concerning your letter to him of 12 September 1988.
2. As you will see he claims that your letter does not answer his queries and asks me to 'instruct' you to respond again! I have replied to him undertaking merely to pass his letter on to you and saying, as I previously have, that he should pursue the matter with the Hong Kong Government.
3. I enclose copies of my letter to Mr McGeady and of the previous correspondence for your ease of reference.
