Emergency Generator and Air Conditioning Plant
In 1984/85, all major equipment, such as chillers, chilled water pumps, air handling units and fan coil units of our existing air-conditioning
plant were replaced. It is our contractors' view that the plant need no replacement for the years to come except the reconditioning of the chilled
water pipe system with some minor items.
For the air conditioning system for the studio building extension, an
amount of $600,000.- is included in that item.

The existing emergency generator has a capacity of 35KVA. The proposed replacement is to carter for increase demand and the requirement of studio building extension.
