Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (1988–89) Ordinance 1989.
Approval of appropriation
2. The appropriation in the manner expressed in the Schedule of a sum of $4,255,068,912.09 from the general revenue for the service of the financial year which ended on 31 March 1989 is approved.
由香港總督參照立法局意見並得該局同意而制定。
簡稱
1. 本條例可引稱爲《1989年追加撥款(1988-89年度)條例》。
批准撥款
2. 現批准按附表所列分配方式從政府一般收入撥款$4,255,068,912.09,供作截 至1989年3月31日為止的財政年度的政費開支之用。
