approved identification signal at least once during each clock hour
of the transmission of its broadcast

operation with any other licensee, combined transmitting antenna systems
for all transmitter and relay stations
from the date of commencement
of this licence or at a later date
specified by the Telecommunications Authority and thereafter shall
continue the use without
interruption throughout the period of validity of this licence.
All transmissions in
broadcasting service are required to carry identification signals
as frequently as practicable by Article
25 of the ITU Radio
Regulations.
This is to ensure equity
between licensees as far
as the transmission of
signals is concerned. The Previous arrangement
with individual TV
broadcast licensees
using a separate
antenna system has resulted in arguments
as to who should occupy
the upper portions the transmitting tower.
of
(b) Each of the combined transmitting
antenna systems referred to in subparagraph (a) should comply
with technical specifications provided by the Telecommunications Authority in each case.
