The licensee should broadcast to
those parts of Hong Kong as specified by the Telecommunications Authority
and construct such additional
relay stations within such period
of time as directed from time to
time by the Telecommunications
Authority.
For the purpose of this paragraph
"broadcast" means broadcasting in
such a manner as to enable the
licensee's transmissions to be
received to the satisfaction of
the Telecommunications Authority.
The licensee should be required to transmit its programmes in accordance with the transmission plan
as prepared by the Telecommunications Authority.
The transmission plan referred to in subparagraph (1) may be amended from
time to time by the Telecommunications Authority.
The licensee should not activate any
additional transmitter or associated
equipment established after the date
of commencement of this licence without the prior written approval
