The licensee should not do any act which

is an infringement of any published programme or other printed or recorded matter or which is or may be protected

under the provision of any enactment for the time being in force or under any other

law enforceable in Hong Kong.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the licence, the licensee should not in any way whatsover abrogate or interfere with any of the exclusive services granted to Cable and Wireless (Hong Kong Ltd.) in that company's licence dated the 1st October 1981, as amended by the

Governor in Council since then.

Nothing in this licence should prejudice or effect the right of the government to establish, extend, maintain or work. any system or systems of broadcasting communication or of receiving or

distributing broadcast matter or to enter into agreements or grant licences for the establishment, extension,

maintenance or working of any such

system or systems.

All the books and accounts of the

licensee should be kept in either

the English or the Chinese language.
