The licensee should inform all employees who are concerned with the content of
programmes and advertising of the relevant
Codes of Practice.

The licensee should notify forthwith to the Broadcasting Authority the names of all senior production staff on appointment and those whose appointments have ceased.
The licensee should ensure good discipline and training among production staff and script-writers as regards adherence to
programme standards.
