The Far Eastern Service Topical Unit produces a weekly 15-minute regional current affairs magazine in English for the World Service for The programme, "Dateline East Asia", is broadcast every Friday at 1115 GMT from the Singapore Relay Station, and repeated immediately afterwards, at 1145 GMT, from the Hongkong Relay Station.
