A: No. If people have a connection with Britain, you'll find in our

immigration laws just as in the Federal Republic's laws to find a

connection with Germany, well then they have a right to come here.

But we couldn't, and can't, take everybody from all round the world

who wants to flee from Communism. Though we will always take our share of genuine refugees.
