Thank you for your letter of 8 August, inviting the
Foreign Secretary and Mr Maude to join the panel of
speakers at the Sunday Times Breakfast Forum on Tuesday
7 November.
They are both likely to have to attend a Foreign
Affairs Council Meeting in Brussels on that date.
They must therefore unfortunately decline the
invitation.
It was nevertheless good of you to invite them.
