We intend to devote much of our second issue in July to the problems of Lord

Hong Kong and would be most grateful if you could contribute an article of around 1,000 words outlining the Government's positions and intentions in the light of recent tragic events in Peking.

Naturally this would be the major part of our issue but I will, of course, have to invite spokesmen from other parties to contribute as well.
