1. I attach copies of the "bull points" and the list of available information material which have just issued in the May edition of papers on selected information themes. Please will you let me have your updated version of the "bull points" (or a nil return), together with any suggestions for inclusion in the list, by close of play on Monday 5 June. It would be helpful if your contribution could follow the pattern of the May edition ie single spacing, new material sidelined.

2. The strategy planning group for the themes exercise will meet at the end of this week and I will let you know if members decide there are any particular issues which should be highlighted in next month's edition of collected "bull points".
