continued comfort and confidence in being able to do things better and faster, especially in the important services sector. Those who lack the conviction or the courage to accept change where change is essential should not be entitled to argue publicly and ostensibly on behalf of the rest of us for changes where they are not needed. In the business world we profit by innovation while remaining pragmatic - this should be Hong Kong's motto in the next 58 1/2 years for all sectors of the community.
