under the Grant by Japanese nationals or

Japanese

juridical persons

Japanese nationals;

controlled by

(c) to ensure proper and effective maintenance

and use of the Equipment; and

(a) to bear all the expenses, other than those

covered by the Grant, necessary for the

implementation of the Grant.

I have further

further the honour to propose that the

present Note and your Note in reply confirming on behalf

of the Government of Hong Kong the foregoing arrangements

shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the

two Governments, which shall enter into force on the date

of your reply.
