serving (either exclusively or with others) persons

domiciled and normally resident in Hong Kong.

4.

IF and whenever the trust declared in the provisions of

this deed herein before contained shall fail or determine or

shall not exhaust the income of the Trust Fund the Trustee

shall (subject to that trust and the powers conferred on

Trustee by those provisions or any and every exercise of those

powers) stand possessed of the capital and income of the Trust

Fund in trust for charitable purposes generally.

5. (a) ANY moneys for the time being subject to the

provisions of this deed and requiring investment may be

invested or laid out in any of the following ways (it

being intended that the Trustee should have the same full

and unrestricted powers of investing and transposing

investments and buying and selling property in all

respects as if it were absolutely entitled to such moneys

beneficially)

(i) by depositing such money at interest with any

bank building society insurance company finance

company or any like institution;

(ii) by investing or laying out such money in the

purchase or otherwise in the acquisition of or at

interest on the security of any shares stock funds

securities land buildings or other investments or

property (real or personal) of whatever nature and

wheresoever situate and whether involving liability
