10.
THE provisions of this deed may be varied by instrument
in writing executed by the Trustee (but so that the Trust
Fund and income thereof are and remain at all times and
notwithstanding any such variation as aforesaid devoted
exclusively to purposes charitable according to the law
of England.
11.
THIS deed and the charitable trust hereby created shall
be construed and have effect and be governed in all
respects by the law of England.
IN WITNESS
whereof the British Council has caused
its Common Seal to be hereunto affixed and the other parties
have hereunto set their respective hands and seals the day and
year first above written.
