Trustee in its discretion thinks fit.

(r) Power to refer to arbitration or to the

determination of any expert any dispute difference

question or matter whatsoever including (without

prejudice to the generality of the foregoing)

-

(i) the amount of the purchase money to be

received or paid on any sale purchase or exchange.

(ii) the amount of the rent to be reserved by any

lease or tenancy agreement in respect of the whole

or any part of the term or currency thereof and the

covenants and provisions to be contained in any such

lease or tenancy agreement.

(s) Power to delegate any administratie power or

discretion relating to management of land or to

investment to any agent or to a committee or committees

(but so that such agent or committee shall report as soon

as reasonably practicable to the Trustee transactions

effected by him or it on behalf of the Trustee).

(t) Power to raise funds and to invite and receive

contributions from any person or persons whatsoever by

way of subscription donation or otherwise Provided that

the Trustee shall not undertake any permanent trading

activities in raising funds for the foregoing charitable

objects.
